Julius joined the Enactor Business Development team in 2015 and is spearheading Enactor’s foray into the Restaurant and Hospitality market. Enactor is a successful Hertford based supplier for Retail, spanning 30,000 + devices across Europe and the US. Enactor has strong UK presence with customers such as River Island, LUSH, Harvey Nichols and Dunelm Mill.
Julius is passionate about applying Enactor’s successful Omni-channel retail strategy into Restaurant sector. The Enactor Restaurant System is currently being run in all 25 of the Harrods Restaurants. Outside of the office Julius enjoys Football, Golf and Chess.

Omni-Channel has been the buzzword in retail for sometime – something that Enactor as leading software supplier knows only too well. New technologies and channels have and will change the way customers behave both on and off site. Its now time for hospitality to attack the same stance of a coherent wall to wall Omni-channel strategy. Smartphones, Web and sophisticated kiosks can facilitate new customer journeys and business models on top of slick systems for inside the venue. At the same time, consistency in points, rewards and preferences etc breeds new business and loyalty. Enactor will show what an integrated Omni-channel strategy should look like in hospitality.
